About BHF
With an outdated and clunky ecommerce platform struggling to make the most of such an iconic and important brand, the British Heart Foundation came to us to overhaul their online presence with a view to generating more revenue online.
What we did
A brand new Magento build with a focus around responsive design and usability has taken their user experience to the next level, making it easy to shop from any device. A full data migration from their previous platform, improved search functionality and an easy to use donation form gives BHF the option to extend their revenue streams and generate more funds for crucial research. With custom modules including bespoke transactional emails through Dotmailer, notifications around stock levels and an integration with current BHF inventory systems, the upgrade resulted in a huge 155% increase in mobile conversions with a 42% uptick in transactions.
