As a global force in manufacturing with a strong, ever expanding brand presence, JCB wanted to make sure that ordering spare parts for their machinery was made as simple a process as possible.
What we did
With a catalogue of over 300,000 SKUs, covering spare parts across their entire livery, only a Magento 2 Enterprise platform could cope with such demand. Allowing customers to search for and find the exact parts easily would be key to ensuring that this website was a success. Using a custom Parts Finder functionality to allow searching by part number, serial number or a more generic keyword, made the process incredibly simple for all. An enhanced product page included image zoom functionality and a ‘This Part Fits’ feature to ensure that customers know that they are ordering the correct part.
