About Raleigh
For over 120 years Raleigh has been at the forefront of bicycle design and innovation, and with a rise in popularity of electric bikes they needed a website that would help to promote the next generation of cycles whilst improving sales of traditional bikes and accessories.

What we did
For a company with such a strong reputation for design, creating a quality customer experience was an important consideration for any new web platform. With an outdated and unresponsive website that was struggling to convert well, we overhauled the entire customer journey from start to finish. Showcasing their products in the best light with a consistent page layout, high quality images for their entire range and a consistent journey across mobile devices created a more satisfying experience. This coupled with reducing the checkout steps into a more streamlined process help to improve conversions and reduce drop off rates.
